• Compatibility issues with older versions of Excel or Google Sheets
• Lack of software compatibility when requirements were clearly stated
• Feature requests or personal preferences

1.3. While refunds are not available, we encourage you to contact us through our support page or Etsy's messaging system should you encounter any issues. We will always do our best to help where possible.
