Settings sheet

Start by accessing the Settings sheet and filling out the following:

  • Daily step goal: Enter the daily step goal amount. This number represents how many steps you would like to reach each day.
  • Distance unit: Select either Miles or Kilometers.

Using the Steps sheet

The Steps sheet is where you'll log your daily step count. You don't need to log them every day, since your phone app usually let's you go back in time to see how many steps you've walked on previous days. Feel free to log them once a week, or however often you'd like!

You may scroll up or down on the Steps sheet to find today's date or use the calendar buttons to filter for the current month. There is also a button called 'Go to Today's Date' which will bring you directly to today's date.
